Where is my order?

Welcome to the page dedicated to order tracking. Here you will find information on how to track the status and location of your order. Follow these simple steps:

4. Follow the Tracking Link

On the selected order page, look for the tracking link or tracking number. Click on it to be redirected to the shipping service used (DHL, GLS, SDA, Bartolini, Poste Italiane).

5. Track Delivery

On the shipping service's website, enter your tracking number to view the delivery status. You will be able to see where your order is and estimate the expected delivery date.

6. Receive Your Order

You will receive a notification once your order has been successfully delivered. Make sure you are present at the time of delivery or follow the specific instructions of the shipping service for collection.
